The PUC definition about recurring & one-time is actually not really following any realistic sense or actual scenario.
They’re just taking from the system point of view.
All items purchased through MAZE/Stocks with part no. are automatically defaulted to be recurring, even the fact that some parts are only purchased once in a lifetime.
In actual sense, not all spare parts/services are recurring.
For RBTA/RBTY without SAP, in my opinion, to report as one-time is a simpler way to manage than doing the extreme time-consuming manual segregation for sake of reporting.
That will let us focus our resources on negotiation, supplier management & other strategic work.
