The problem is at painting at handle’s sides. We believe you have a skill to improve the painting to be stretchable.
If you cannot repair technically, please advise per return.
Returning bags did not mean to cancel them. Our intention is no compromising on quality.
We paid for these bags already, however, we will not ask to refund. Even if you cannot repair them, we will take them.
We would like to keep bag business for the next season and the future. But without your cooperation, we have to say it’s difficult.
As the delivery window is end of March strictly, we have to inform the situation to our customers shortly.
