Request to change license plate from red to white. It's been 7 months but it still haven't been changed, Phone calls not answered. Request to get his car plate changed to white urgently.

She had claimed Reflex reflector and Steering wheel at MI Bangna since July 2016 (more than 2 months). This caused her very dissatisfied, because until now she cannot get any response when she can get her claim. Thus she requests CS to follow up for her.
- Short of manpower to do/follow up warranty claim application & technical report - Svc Bangna has recently been transferred to MIT and will handle this issue properly - Parts delayed / parts not available
1. CS checked with Warranty dept on this matter and found that TCZBN did not submit any claim to TCST. 2. CS gave response to customer that we have Reflex reflector in stock but we are checking for availability of steering wheel and will get back to customer again. 3. MIBN will be taking over this case onwards

Customer follows up claim of steering wheel that he has claimed at MIBN since the early of this year
