Different sample volumes ranging from 10 mL to 20 mL wereplaced into the vial. After 5 min as volatilization time, the fiberwas introduced in the headspace of the glass vial. Samples werestirred during analyte volatilization and SPME operations. Differenttemperatures from 20 to 100◦C were assayed for volatilization andSPME using a magnetic stirrer hot plate (Raypa, Barcelona, Spain).The SPME time was varied from 5 to 60 min. Then, the fiber devicewas removed from the vial and immediately placed in the injectionport of the GC for analyte desorption. The effect of the desorptiontemperature was tested from 150 to 250◦C and desorption timewas evaluated between 1 and 3 min.
