The acquisition of minority holdings by SAir in other airlines was beneficial not only for obtaining a market share of 20 per cent but also for the so-called second pil lar of the SAir Group, namely the airline-related business segments (e.g. catering, ground handling, technics, lo- gistics, information systems).
