with episodes of disorientation, restlessness and hypotension. Another soft tissue inflammation similar to the one on the left shoulder developed on the right knee followed by suppurative lesions in the lateral aspect of the right leg, eventually leading to grade II pitting edema. X-rays of the left shoulder was normal while those of the right knee showed beginning osteoarthritic changes. The patient also had pneumonia. The chest x-ray was read as minimal Pulmonary TB, left upper lobe and bilateral perihilar pneumonitis
