We would like to inform you that there is a problem for this booking.
For this booking, guest met the driver at the airport and realized that it was
Toyota Camry. The guest was very angry Because they said that book normal van.
So we tried to relocate another driver to airport but will take around 20 minutes.
The guest said they will not wait anymore and written down in an paper for our
driver to sign, saying that the driver did not pick up this guest transfer.
While on the call with guest, the guest didn’t give us any chance to explain why
this problem happened, they said they don’t want to know what happened, it’s wrong
anyway.
We check out what happened, and found out that our OP input wrong car type into the
system, but when we sent to yourside to ask: quote: “Please recheck detail and
confirm transfer booking as below : please GTD before 28 Jan 16 ( the price is
after discount HKD60 )” Your side simply tell us to GTD, so both side also didn’t
check clearly.
As a result, OR2016010099 will be fully waived, and please help apologized to the
guest and please help update us.
