regarding the 7th sales issue. Actually the regional managers ( or supervisors ) should bear the most duty then give you reports. You both must be very aware of each situation through managers channel. Please emphasize the channel function again, otherwise the manager position is just a title.

@wichai just remind you to have a comprehensive observation of all sales team and lock on manager. Don't pay too much time and energy on small issues, and you must work more longer time than the ordinary sales persons.
