When performing training, test, trial, technical flights, that are performed according to acting statutory acts which regulate flight operation, every approach to landing is accounted with the coefficient of 0.2 to the day time landing/take-off charge, but if at this the lighting system is on then every approach is accounted with the coefficient of 0.5 to the day time landing/take-off charge even if the aircraft does not touch the runway surface (hereinafter — RW).
