In the Songkhla where a lot of sweet, fried food can be grabbed at every street corner, the future of Songkhla people don’t look too healthy and get overweight right now.The issue is very challenge. As a result of food project, I think about the dietary pratices of younger children are much more dependent on parental control, and parents are more likely to encourage them to eat more. The parent’s education, and family economic status are related a double burden of overweight. As a research assistant has contributed actively to the knowledge base that supports our network activities in reaching the goals of improving unhealthy diets to prevent overweight and obesity in family and communitiy
In our modern world with an increased attention to the rising burden of overweight and obesity. As a result, I have suggested the required policy to engage relevant stakeholders of local levels for control and prevention the problem in Songkhla. I have interested of food project, I showed about the integrated model of food security, food safety, and nutrition. Including to planing of community health policies to my director. This is a very interesting topic to reforms and develops the health policy and managing overweight and obesity. In order to find the goal of model of food-health system and environment. These my idea to enclosed the community to had the same understanding, vision and goal with to drove the common plan. The processes of evaluation between community members and participants. However the project worked to solved and found the problems as well as learn to the philosophy of sufficiency economy.
My experience was a participant to develop a model to drive the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy among local philosophers and multilateral networks about of model of food-health system and environment at a rural villages in Songkhla province. I had worked hard for the project and continuously. Therefore to changed behaviors to well-being, that is a specific challenge on the project. That some people of the behaviors and practices was not valid Illnesses that were post-exposure agricultural chemical. As a result of food security project, that sustainable organic agriculture activities were valuable and important for people both inside and outside the community especially for quality of life due to food safety, food accessibility, food availability and food utilization.
