Similar to the other time where had to manually patch the 222 profiles and issue membership to these customers because the creation date and transaction does not tally, we have found an extra 90+ profiles that are not activated. Right now, we will not be doing anything to these profiles until we have develop a function to allow back-office staff (limited access) to select creation date that corresponds with the transaction date. This will allow back office staff to create the profiles at a later date and eliminates the manual modifications that needs to be done by us. Once the back office staff has done the required, the CRMXS system will patch the profiles created but has not been issued a membership and search for corresponding transaction on the same/later date. It will also assign membership and award points accordingly.
This development will take time, and until then we will not be manually patching these profiles one by one. After the development is done, then we will clean up the profiles altogether at once. We will look at the week of October 1st for this development to be completed and will update you once we have cleaned up the profiles.
