Westin Grande Sukhumvit / Period May 25-26 / before arriving, he sent email to hotel asking for complimentary limousine and referred case of unpleasant experience in 2014. This request was denied because Westin hotel already extended complimentary limousine on his departure since 2014.
Aloft Bangkok / Period May 26-27 / he did exactly the same thing. After checking out, he sent email to K Justin, General Manager. He attached many photos in every areas and saying that it ruined his stay. Finally, he mentioned that “As a platinum SPG member and Aloft supporter I humbly request the credit of 20,000 SPG points to my account for the distress and disappointing stay I've endured”
Noted- Today, he will stay at Westin. Seem like he is currently collecting stay to maintain his Platinum status.
