How a CSA can grant FSP applications to
themselves and for the users in the
organization
Notes
• A CSA is not automatically granted FSP access when their organization’s request for
FSP access is approved. FSP access and any other service or sub–package the CSA
requires must be granted to their ID like any other user.
• A CSA does not have to have FSP access as a user if they only need to administer
access for their organization’s users, but will not need to use FSP themselves.
• CSA does not have to register as a ‘new user’ as their user access was part of the
organizational registration.
• An organization can have as many Covisint CSAs as is required. The CSA role can
be granted to other users in their organization by an existing CSA.
