In the last few years us have been hearing a lot of news about technology. Also, we have been watching many movies where technology is very important. In these movies, the robots take the human’s place, and leave behind them a world without sensibility. I know most of the people would say, “We need technology; it’s a good thing for us.” The most excited people would say, “We can’t live without technology, it can save many human lives!”
I don’t like technology, however. Maybe most people would think that I am crazy. Maybe I am. Sometimes I close my eyes, and I can see children dying because they don’t have enough food. What do they think about technology? Maybe, they don’t have time for thinking about that. Perhaps they are just trying to live one more day.
Years ago, a rocket was launched into space. The rocket exploded in the air and its crew died. Today we remember those people as heroes, and we can’t forget the name Challenger. I saw people sad. I saw people crying. At the same time, in another part of the world, people passed away. No one would remember them. No one would cry. No one would remember their names. Nevertheless, like a rocket, they will reach heaven--a heaven without heroes, a heaven without special names.
