The purposes of this research were:

The purposes of this research were: (1) to investigate the problem and use the index to determine the
private health (2) to synthesize knowledge about monitoring private health by size, and (3) to develop
the index monitoring organization by size (small, medium, large) which was fit with Thai context used
for support the private health of organization (Happy Workplace) of the Thai Health Promotion
Foundation. This study is Research and Development which was divided into three-phase design. First
phase was synthesis index from 72 private organizations. Second phase was to select index from 14
experts and third phase was to determine the suitability of the index. 100 representatives of private
organizations conducted during May 2011 - April 2012. Instruments used for collecting qualitative data
were questionnaires, content analysis and analyze quantitative data by finding percentage, standard
deviation and t-test.
