Referring to 2017 Budget Policy from management, 15% reduction of GOE in particular, we are all required to support that.
I believe we all know that our company have invented many useful applications to reduce unnecessary time spent from adjusters as well as resources related to claims.
Paperless claim handling is one of our key functions to enhance both long term GOA reduction and environmental care.
Therefore, I would encourage you to handle claims by printing document as less as possible.
This method will be implemented in CL internally by way of:
1. No paper provided at the printer onwards.
2. Upon request, adjusters will be given a ream of A4 paper individually.
3. Any request for more ream of A4 paper must be permitted by me via email.
4. K.Trairong will record every adjuster’s request.
5. My authority in claim & ops can be made only by your paperless referrals (except paper to sign on).
I will show you the stat of paper used at end of Q4. Top 3 persons using paper most need to clarify me what your proper reasons are
