Not sure this is a lack of experience of reach truck driver or just the driver not following cargo handling instruction. But there have been quite a number of repeated incidents that the cargoes were damaged during relocation and this is already a second time in less than a month. It is not easy that we just keep telling customer once and every time we damage their product and let them claim. It is rather operation quality and kpi that we need to keep up.
Can you please seriously inspect the root cause and solve it? Please provide your corrective action plan asap. For the damage, k.whutthikrai will proceed with client and issue claim.
