Superdressing (Thai Limited Compnay), which basically is an online platform that sells authentic Second hand luxury items (Apparel & Accessories). Superdressing takes care the consignment of the items providing an expertise (items coming from sellers) and commercialize those items to the buyers on the platform. For example, the platform will be used to sell or buy some brands such as Luis Vuitton, Hermès etc.One specificity of the platform is that it is possible to buy a product by auction with a bidding system (it is also possible to buy it now). The source of income comes from a commission on the selling price of the product. Finally, Superdressing is also a small private off line store ( A small Private showroom in the heart of Bangkok) where customers are free to go/try/Smell/touch their target products if needed.
Here are the main bulletpoints i thought about including in the terms and conditions of the platform. Even though it is not an exhaustive list, the idea is to protect me from any litigious, fraudulent, illegal actions and to provide a complete awareness about the role and duties about each parts involved in the process.
The terms and conditions will be available both in thai and english (since there is 2 version of superdressing platform). As agreed on phone yesterday, would it be possible to get a price specification note to evaluate the cost of it?

Article 4: Obligations of Superdressing
ð Commitment to provide an expertise on every single items sold on the platform
ð The platform could be, in some cases, the owner of the items
ð Superdressing reserves the right to accept/reject a product submitted by a seller
ð Superdressing platform reserves the right to suspend any member account in case of non-respect of the general conditions of the platform

ð The member engage himself to only use one account to his name. (Right to block the member or suspend member account)
ð Superdressing reserves the right to alert any authority in case of the constatation of counterfeit products or forbidden products
ð The member forbid himself to not sale or buy any forbidden products by using usefull information that he could find on superdressing platform

Article 6: Obligations specific to sellers
ð The seller is the owner of the product
ð Engage itself to describe its product the most faithfully and objective as possible
ð If the seller is a professional, he must make contact to superdressing platform
ð In case of approximation about the description of the product or its quality, superdressing reserves the right to revaluate the commercial proposition

Article 7: Obligations specific to buyers
- The buyer is aware that he will have to pay VAT
- The buyer have a registered address, mail box
- In case of unpaid item
- In case of unpaid item resulting from fraud (fake bank account, fake account etc)
Article 8: Complaints and abrogation right
ð If the product is non conform to the description that the buyer found on the platform

ð In case of hidden defect
ð In case of retractation, the buyer takes in charge to deliver back the product with the exact same packaging, documents. The item has to be in the same condition
