utilizing appropriate Roche tools, references and Subject Matter Experts
(SMEs) to determine which of the following applies:
o End user issue can be solved on the phone without any additional
action like product substitution – continue with step 6.
o Otherwise – continue with step 5.
o PCC criteria are met – continue with step 7.
o PCC criteria are not met, document decision in the local case.
o Determine if (in addition) Global investigation is required – continue
with step 8.
