The time has come to have another look at your targets. The 2015 mid-year review will be conducted between end of July and mid-September. In order to discuss the current status of your targets and the progress made in your personal development plan in an open and fair dialogue, you and your manager should arrange a meeting to be held by September 11, 2015 at the latest. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact your manager directly.
At this meeting, you will be given feedback on your performance so far and be informed about what your manager expects of you. In addition, you have the chance to let your manager know what you expect of her/him. You will also have an opportunity to clarify any unresolved questions you may have regarding agreed targets and to update/adjust your targets, if necessary, in consultation with your manager.
In order to prepare for your mid-year review, we encourage you to think about the following aspects in advance:
• How is your target achievement level so far?
• Do targets need to be adjusted?
• What is the status of your personal development measures?
Everyone of you who has only recently started to work with AMOS and does not yet have any objectives agreed should approach their manager to make sure that formal targets are written down and signed before end of August, even if you are still in your probation period. Everyone who joins the company before the 1st of September is entitled to a bonus for 2015. Attached you can find the template for the targets. Please share with me any newly set targets or any changes that you might make.
