I have checked the attendance summaries of maintenance staff that Khun Kukkai prepared from the BMCL part 1 training conducted in June-15 (2 groups) Oct -15 and also the training conducted for MMC Staff KI (3)& MMC Staff (19) / MRTA (1), EMS Staff (2), Planner KI (2) & Planner Staff (1) from Oct-15 onwards. I have compared this against the overview of training modules document and also who should have attended from maintenance in Jun-15, Oct-15 and Jan-15 (a pdf file of trainees from Dr. Pichit).





From all of this I have put into one excel schedule the following and kindly note the following:



Numbers of staff who should have been trained on modules but were not trained, (columns H, I and J).
Numbers of staff who need to be trained on modules in group 4 (columns K to W) this includes the missing staff from columns H, I and J
Scheduled all modules the start date is Tuesday next week, however this may not be possible, we may need to start a bit later, but I needed to run the dates to see where we come out, there is still time even if we start some days later.
I broke down the excel sheet into 4 sections as follows
Part 1 : BMCL Training Run as Group 4 for Maintenance Staff
Part 1 : BMCL Training Run In Cases where Maintenance Staff Need to Join Operations Staff Training (this is first aid and fire fighting only, but actually I think it makes sense to run an additional first aid course and fire fighting course for maintenance staff as there are sill quite many staff to train, we need to decide).
Part 1 : BMCL Training Which Still Needs to be Scheduled (this is CMMS, Train the Trainer, Civil Structural Work System, Architectural Work System, Plumbing and Drainage, SCADA Overview and SCADA Operation. I think the case of train the trainer only train people who will really train others. For Civil Structural Work System, Architectural Work System, Plumbing and Drainage, its just a case that a couple of people are missing and as they are already qualified in these fields we should think if we really should do.
Part 1 : BMCL Training which we will try to do if there is time - this is Service for Non-Station Staff, I think we should skip it for now.
For the modules marked in yellow transfer staff from the M&E Engineering and Maintenance Division do not need to attend the full duration they can attend a part and take the exam.
MRTA staff are not added in, if we agree this approach I will add in
JTT KI's missed some modules and 2 modules we are still pending to train them, i.e., manual point lock and liaison with emergency services, we will need to train the pending ones.
Our APOSTLES need to be trained on the manual point lock, Dr. Pichit if you can tell us which positions will be really APOSTLES then we just train these people and not train all persons.
Dr. Pichit for the positions in column N to W these positions were not in your attached pdf, so I have added them into this excel table. Is this ok?
For the HR modules for old staff we can skip, for new staff we can do later after the essential ones are done. I have indicated in 2 excel files with the date 21-Jan-16 what is necessary and not necessary.
For MTJV maintenance training we will try to submit the MTJV training matrix next week whereby for mtjv maintenance modules we say it's optional for us, I think the BMCL part 1 modules will need to be priority over the mtjv modules as MRTA could block the proof of safety if these are not done, but it will depend to some extent on who we nominate to join the mtjv training and if the persons do not need to attend this training. MTJV's schedule has made this situation difficult and put us in a difficult position.
