at 16th day. In ethephon+1-MCP and 1-MCP treated fruit, the
L
value reached the maximal value at the 20th day and L value in 1MCP
treated fruit was significantly lower than the control fruit
(Fig.
2C). In Fig. 2B, the h value dropped sharply from 115.21 to
83.46
for the control fruit on the 8th day, and in ethephon+1-MCP
treated
fruit, the h value started to decrease on the 12th day from
114.63
to 91.08. However, the lowest h value was 100.50 as
observed
in 1-MCP treated fruit, indicating that the fruit did not
turn
yellow completely.
