Prior to receiving this email you should have received an email with the subject concerning the renewal process. In this email there were instructions on how to complete your renewal and maintain your access. The fact that you have received this email, means that you have not completed this step yet. If you have not received your "Part 1" Passcode yet to enable your renewal, please contact your HP Liaison at jalial.ng@hp.com and get him/her to use the PRACS Liaison tools to 'RESEND "Part 1"

In order for you to renew your access you must use your existing PRACS Class B
(Certificate) Credential. If you have lost this, then you need to contact your HP Liaison who will have to 'RESET' your account.
If you are unable to complete the renewal process in time, your access to HP will be terminated. Your access to HP can be re-instated, however this process is more time consuming for both you and HP.
