Manage and co-ordinate overall company set-up covering administration-HR, purchasing-logistics, accounting, sales-Marketing, reservation-ticketing.
- Manage and improve P&L and overall budgeting and operation of the company, to meet monthly and annual sales target.
- Conduct market research and business development to expand businesses and new sources of income whilst ensuring product/pricing competitive in the market.
- Prepare business proposal to acquire new trade/corporate, to maximize revenue.
- Establish relationship and develop marketing alliances with local partners such as travel trade, key accounts, to develop promotional sales and marketing activities.
- Develop marketing programs, participate at trade show – exhibitions, products briefing, agents/medias FAM trips, press-release.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners.
- Prepare monthly sales-marketing performance report to HQ and business partners
