For me, I am one of people who usually go to bed late. Although sleeping late affect to my body.
The first, sleeping late may affect to studying because I will sleepy in classroom. It makes I don’t have concentration with anything that teacher teach, don’t understand the lesson or nap between studying. The second, it makes your healthy bad, weak, not feel good, risk to the heart disease and makes your face not brightening. Finally, going to bed late makes you fat because your body will flow of cortisol hormone that make you hungry easily. That’s mean the more you go to bed late, the more you eat many and many. Moreover; digestive system will work inefficiency.
In conclusion, going to bed late has more disadvantage than advantage. So, we should relax enough and sleep about 8 hours
