· Coordinate with Kbank head quater to create understanding on company's culture and policies as well as encourage employee engagement.
· Responsible for employee group life insurance with administration job and employee inquiry
· Coordinate with business functions to to follow up their requirement in hiring new position compare with capacity provided
· Collect and update welfare data from other securities business and affliate companies/ analyse and compare with current company's
· Analyse and prepare reports on employee turnover rate and organization chart
· Relevant with provident fund job such as risk profile or employee choices
· Coordinate with line functions regarding to employee probation and their performance
Qualifications / คุณสมบัติ
· Bachelor degree in HR, political science, business administration or related field
· Innovative and able to coordinate with various function
· Able to work both routine job and Ad-hoc project
