Refer to the year end stocktake,
I would like to inform you that the incoming year end of 2014, Internal audit department will not join the observation due to the following reasons:
The observation results during the year 2012 until mid of year 2014 show the low risk in stocktake process and the audit recommendation were done.
Therefore, the internal audit department will observe the year end stocktake again within 3 years after the last observation according to the internal audit standard.
The observation of mid year stocktake will be considered case by case depends on the level of risk assessment.
We are appreciated for your collaboration during the observation.
