To be in compliance with our Corporate Policy IT120, every manager is required to certify the validity for each SAP user ID under their management in all SAP, SRM and BI production systems. As part of the certification process, managers are also requested to verify that the employees reporting to them have a valid business need and are assigned to the appropriate SAP profiles.
This is a courtesy reminder as the certification period will be closed on 02-Mar-2015. It is very critical that all users are certified by their manager. For those profiles that are not certified by 02-Mar-2015, the SAP userID will be locked by SAP Security and as per our policy, it will be terminated 30 days after certification end date. To reinstate a terminated SAP ID, a new request has to be created and be approved by all corresponding Global Role Owners.
