Cancellation & Refund Policy
A written notification of cancellation must be sent to JITMM Secretariat. The following cancellation fees and bank handing charges will be deducted. All refunds will be mad after the Meeting.
When written notice of cancellation is received:
Before 1 October 2015 : Full refund (Necessary bank handling charges will be deducted)
1-31 October 2015 : 50% of the amount paid, less bank handling charges
After 31 October 2015 : No refund
