IFR operations by helicopters with no destination alternate aerodrome are authorised subject to the following conditions:
a. The flight follower is aware that the flight is a no alternate IFR, and shall have current weather readily accessible for timely communication to the flight
b. The commander is familiar with diversionary aerodromes
c. An instrument procedure is notified and available at the aerodrome of intended landing
d. Available current meteorological information indicates that the following meteorological conditions will exist from ETA to one hour after the estimated time of arrival:
i. A cloud base of at least 120 m (400 feet) above the minimum associated with the instrument approach procedure; and
