Noted , I will try to reply you with the price and availability of compressor by today.
For the unit fault analysis , if customer would like to know the root cause , I would like to recommend them to contact back to unit manufacturer.
Due to from compressor’s investigation process , unit’s manufacturer has to contact to us and give some necessary information for compressor investigation.
Then , our quality assurance team will send compressor’s investigation report to them.
Regarding pressure relief setting , we can tell that information to unit’s manufacturer as you said it’s necessary for unit’s design.
But , as our business between SCI and Actrol is for replacement purpose which customer need only model name , so as our company policy we have to be careful
about compressor’s data.
To support customer to solve this problem asap , I would like to propose the solution for customer as follows ;
1. Replaced compressor ---> we will try send the price and let you know availability within today.
2. Unit’s fault analysis ---> please let them contact unit’s manufacturer , we have our team to support them for this matter.
