• Being responsible for a full spectrum of Human Resources including recruitment, benefits management, performance management (KPIs),learning and development and employee relations
• Coordinate with clients about job order and required type of candidates.
• Recruit candidates and interview them to find out situation and expectations.
• Introduce suitable opportunities to the candidate
• Introduce candidates to the clients, support the candidate throughout the interview process, and help negotiate conditions upon receipt of an offer from the client.
• Maintain long term relationships and connections to both potential and actual candidates.
• Responsible for candidate global background check as required by clients
