F. oxysporum was cultured in Nutrient Broth for 5 days at 28∘C and 180 rpm. The mycelium was aseptically collected on filter paper and washed with three culture volumes of deionizedsterile water. Three grams of wet mycelium (dry weight 15
to 18% w/w) were resuspended in 1000mL deionized sterile water and were thoroughlymixed with 1 kg of sterile soil
