Dear Mr. Pongsiri,
Below in the table a rough indication of what we found so far. This includes cartons with bad/moldy bones we have in our warehouse but also cartons that our customers returned to us.
I think these numbers will be close to what is bad in our warehouse. I don’t know how many bones our customers will return to us in the coming months.
Please understand that it is hard to calculate the exact damage. We can give you the numbers of the bones that are bad but there are also other costs.
- Working hours of people in the warehouse checking all the goods
- Costs of destroying the bad bones. We cannot simply throw them away
- Potential costs of losing customers who stop buying from us after this experience.
Hopefully the problem will not worsen and we will not receive a lot of cartons back from our customers.
The 110107T from the same batch is already sold completely. Hopefully we will not get any complaints about these bones.
We will keep monitoring the situation really closely and inform you if anything happens.
