I started the first week with the leg workout. It was so hard that I needed 1.5 hours to finish it. My muscles were burning, I sweated like a pig and I was totally out of breath. I just thought to myself “How the hell should I keep doing this the next weeks?”. The next day my muscles were so sore to an extent that I have never known before :D The arm and abs training wasn’t that bad, but of course it was exhausting. In the meantime I’ve already become much stronger and I’m mostly able to workout through the entire 7 minutes. Now I think that the first week is so easy and I never thought that I would make progress so fast.
