In regards to the below response – I believe whilst good practice of course we have been maybe too honest with the customer.
The result of the emails below have now clearly set off alarm bells off in JAL. At the end of the day we have signed off lids which they have accepted. As I understand the edges have not become sharper, nor have we seen warping / dents or any other marks.
Unless there is something serious then for sure we should not raise to them.
I am really concerned our last check and resulting information we provided has set us back further than even the meeting in PRB.
We need to calm them now.
How do we tackle this ? especially as I am now being asked to travel there because of this. Can please receive some assistance.
