To assist in meeting our cash targets for the year, we will implement payment controls from the point forward in the month as far as year end across APAC.
We need to increase our AP balance as much as we can during this period and as a result we will hold payments where possible until the beginning of January. Please note that the following are not impacted by this:
Payroll / contract wages
Employee expenses
Taxes, custom, statutory related expenses
Rental / utilities / telephone bills
CAPEX
Intercompany
Adam Miller will be in contact with each ledger in the next couple of days to agree what level of payments can be held back until January, and what needs to be paid to ensure no issues with supply, production etc.
This is vitally important to year end and I expect every ledger to co-operate fully in this exercise. No excuses for not being able to assist here.
