Responsibilities
Prepared monthly credit management report
Responsible for AR age balance comments report to MD & age individual to sales team
Overseas AR payment allocation
AR credit insurance matters
SNC Netting/ Agents and Group non netting AR reconcile & settlement
Incoming/ Outgoing overseas payments / Funds transferring
To take up additional assignment as required to meet with regional and company need
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY:-
esponsibilities and expected outcome: Measurement Criteria Results(Quantitative/Qualitative)
Credit Management Report: To respect the deadline monthly report
Prepared monthly credit management report and submit to Regional
AR age balance: To follow credit procedure and reduce AR overdue
AR monthly report reviewed/follow up twice a month
AR age balance & age individual report reason of delay or non payment
To advised / alert some operation/ sales team on billing & credit problem and follow up until problem is solved
Control or seek management approval for account exceeded limit or credit lock
Deal with lawyer for account become to legal and follow up legal action indeed to protect company benefit
To check level of provision of doubtful debtor
To send mails reminder / notice letter for account overdue > 60 days
To input credit terms and limit and Cofac ID in SUN system
Credit Insurance matters: To followed credit insurance agreement
Deal with insurance company for all insurance matters
Apply credit insurance through cofanet system
Monitoring overdue account & declare to insurance company
To check insurance monitoring fee in quarterly
SNC Netting: To follow SNC or agents procedure
Agents and Group non netting AR/AP follow u
Overseas AR/AP settlement allocation
Created supplier invoice for agents and group non netting
Incoming and Outgoing Payment/ Funds transferring: HSBCnet payment priority
Alll overseas settlement
To transfer funds to IATA twice a month and Bahtnet transfer for company branch account
To take up additional assignment as required to meet with regional and company need:
AR audit reconciliation and confirmation in yearly
Deal with Bank of Thailand for request an extension terms of CDN & SNC netting settlement procedure
Requirements
Bachelor degree in Accounting, Business Administration or Finance field
Working experience in accounting or finance at least 5 years
Experience on AR legal issue
Good command of English and communication skill
Able to work under pressure and meet the deadline
Good co-ordinate with team work
Knowledge in Microsoft office Excel, Word
