The study is intended to study on the precision and reliability of time from a real time Digital data and the equation for the prediction of generation. Data derived from actual journey with three intervals of journey. Those are the time interval of the 3 rush hours in morning (7.00-10.00 a.m.) , in addition of the regular hours for days (apart from the urgent time in the morning and evening), and the time interval of the rush hours in the evening (16.00-19.00 p.m.) collected in the data store. The time is taken to actually travel. Map from Google index is evaluated the traffic mileage Longdo by classified the data of inbound and outbound city. All data is included the various time intervals, as mentioned above. The data analysis is used by regression equations in order to get the best result to predict the time required for travelling and accuracy with reliability of each equation. There are two equations with accuracy and reliability. The first equation is use of Longdo distance and index for the travel time forecasted, and the second equation is use of the inbound and outbound distance for the travel time forecasted. The two equations are analyzed in order to find the Root Mean Square Error (RMSE) and Mean Absolute Deviation (MAD). The fist equations derived by comparison showed the RMSE and MAD value is less than the second equation , so the first equation is used to forecast the travelling time. Then, the result is applied to the equations for analyzing the data of the RMSE and MAD by each interval time as mentioned above. The RMSE and MAD values is less at regular time. Conclusion that, we can use the index value of Longdo distance for inbound – outbound of regular time to forecast the time journey precisely, and reliably.
