Company would like to announce the Salary Adjustment 2015.
1. Concept of the Salary Adjustment;
According to the following concepts, company adjusts employees’ (excluding contract employees) basic-salary on every April,
(1)Supporting Employees’ Stable Life
-Company should promise it to employees.
(2)Expecting Employees’ Contribution
-Employees should promise his/her contribution to company.
(3)Remaining External Competitiveness
-Company should consider situations of other companies in same industrial area.
(4)Ensuring Internal Fairness
-Company should review and improve the salary balance of each grade in company’s
grade/salary structure.
