ngredients:
1/2 cups of uncooked large oats
1/3 cup skim milk
1/4 cup fat free greek yogurt
1 scoop of Beyond Yourself Vanilla Whey Iso
2 tsps chia seeds
1 tsps honey (optional)
Top with fruit or berries of choice!!
Add oats, milk, yogurt, protein, chia seeds and honey to a mason jar. Shake/stir until all ingredients are mixed together. Top with fruit or berries and refrigerate overnight.
