Well afraid you are just going to have to get used to waking up early. 6 months old she is still a puppy and puppies like kids all seem to wake up at the crack of dawn wanting to be fed, to use the bathroom, and play. You'll just have to endure until she gets older and more mature. She's still just a kid in dog time.
