It is possible to observe that the interval of tension that
can be applied to all gels vary from 0.5 to 2 Pa. Evaluating
the data obtained in this test and in the yield stress, the tension
chosen for the test of creep and recovery was 0.5 Pa.
Creep and Recovery. This test evaluates the elastic and
viscous components of the samples and their recovery after
they were subjected to a shear stress. Looking at Figure 6,
it is possible to notice that there was recovery of the elastic
part of the gels, but the tension applied was excessive for
