The above compensation is subject to the prevailing DPWN System . The actual payout will depend on youn performance and will be prorated according to your tenure in the position eligible for this compensation plan in the calendar year.
The other terms and conditions of your employment with the company will be unaffected by this appointment and shall remain unchanged. Your next salary review will be evaluated onthe 1 of April 2016 (if applicable)
