Apart from the process learning, is there any other administrative tasks you are assigned? It should not be only process submission but what your comment/suggestion on process or team challenging? Or even in level of supervisor which as a planner staff need from their supervisor?
However, I received feedback from Doc members that you never stand by until shift handover. I don’t know if it is true but it is a good opportunity to understand and learn about team work, OPS work condition as well as create respect from others. I would like to assign you to work until shift handover at least 3 days a week, said Thursday / Friday / Saturday, with immediate effect.
Again, would like to hear your comment, suggestion about team challenging and ideas to improve productivity.
