Step 1: stores initial guess 0 parameters, resets
counters and BRAM addresses, and runs the flush of
pipelines.
Step 2: resets and enables the OLS estimation block
that is put on hold for valid data from the block
memory, starts the counter for memory address
generation.
Step 3: waits for the estimated S value from the OLS
estimator and, meanwhile, calculates the value of S for
S+1 parameter set.
Step 4: checks the value of S from OLS estimator and,
if a condition for stopping iteration does not occur, it
diverts the processing flow to step2.
