The α-tocopherol content in muscle increased with days of
feeding on VE concentrate (C: 0.183 ± 0.120; VE10d: 0.890 ± 0.124;
VE20d: 1.531 ± 0.117; VE30d: 2.058 ± 0.162 mg/kg fresh meat).
Regarding the ALF treatment (0.646 ± 0.164 mg/kg fresh meat), its
content in muscle was similar to that of VE10d (P N 0.05).
