Due to health problems (the guest was diagnosed with vertigo disease two weeks ago and shall not travel) we are asking to cancel this reservation.
The guest is aware that the reservation is non-refundable but we are asking for your flexibility given the circumstances, guest can also provide a medical certificate to prove his impossibility to travel.
