We have worked through the process of logmein.
The remote@menumate.com password has been changed and you will not be able to access this.
Moving forward when you are setting up a new POS please use this link

All you will need to do is download and install , then set the POS name.
You will then need to email Support with the POS name in Logmein.
We will then move to the correct group.
Any requests for customers that wish to be added to Logmein need to be put in writing to support@menumate.com
