Manage, promote the growth and meet financial targets for all projects and after sales service of Robotics Service Department
Responsible for ensuring effective co-ordination of servicing, maintenance and repair of customer's plant/equipment
Effective operation and co-ordination of Service Engineers and any Sub-Contractors and their activities
Providing a single point of contact with the customer to understand their requirements and service needs
Developing relationships with key customers and determine sales strategies tailored to customer requirements
Enhancing customer base and developing new service business to promote growth
Create quotations within the after sales service framework and maintain the sales effort with the customer
Achieve and maintain high levels of technical and commercial knowledge of products and services
Ensure that projects and proposals are reported accurately on a regular basis
Carry out budgetary control of Service budgets on projects, and forecast costs to complete
